Hace tiempo que queríamos organizar un encuentro así. Una reunión informal entre profesionales de Huesca del mundo de la estética, la belleza, el bienestar y la salud. Grandes especialistas, cada una en su campo, que tienen inquietud como nosotras por crecer, por mejorar, por ir más allá, por ofrecer servicios personalizados y con mimo. Quisimos reunir distintas áreas: especialistas en masajes y tratamientos de estética y bienestar, fisioterapia específica, nutrición, asesoramiento en envejecimiento saludable, ejercicio físico, danza…
Todas ellas trabajan con una visión holística, como la nuestra, enfocada a mejorar la calidad de vida de la mujer, incluyendo bienestar emocional, mental y físico, cuidado de mente y cuerpo. Buscábamos crear sinergias con profesionales que compartan una filosofía pro-aging, en línea de favorecer un envejecimiento saludable.
Preparamos ese encuentro con mucho cariño y entusiasmo, porque somos conscientes de que todas podemos aprender de todas y crear un nexo de unión. Nos reunimos a principios de abril, como colofón a la celebración de nuestro 21 aniversario como Centro. Y fueron varias horas intensas de compartir experiencias profesionales muy interesantes, de aprendizaje, de risas, de hablar sobre retos y soluciones… Compartimos en nuestro Centro un rato divertido y muy enriquecedor, en torno a un «picoteo» que preparamos para todas.
Fue un orgullo para nosotras contar con Cris Yebra, nutricionista de Rompiendo dietas; Diana Moreu y Estela Peñaranda, especialistas en fisioterapia perineal integral de Berkana Fisioterapia; la psicóloga Carmen María Rodrigo López; Mireia Casado y María Moya, del centro deportivo Sinergia Huesca; Marta Pie, del centro de fisioterapia Studio Zentro, y la bailarina y la profesora de danza Nuria Bolea.
También aprovechamos la presencia en nuestra ciudad de Eva Sánchez, quiromasajista, esteticista y formadora experta de Massada, marca con la que trabajamos de forma exclusiva en Huesca, que también aportó su visión como especialista.
Y contamos además con la incombustible Eva Naval, diseñadora y creadora de la marca Carita Bonita, que nos «prestó» su cuerpo y su buen humor para realizar algunas de las demostraciones de tratamientos.
Para finalizar, nuestras invitadas se fueron con un obsequio que preparamos con cariño para agradecer su participación. Nos quedamos con la experiencia de un rato muy interesante compartido con grandes mujeres profesionales de nuestro sector, y muchas ideas para mejorar nuestro servicio a nuestros clientes, en colaboración con ellas.
